Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy below. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Standard Bookmarks
We offer a 14-day return window for standard (non-custom) bookmarks. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
Custom Bookmarks
Because custom bookmarks are made to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds once work has begun (i.e. after the deposit has been paid). We will, however, work closely with you throughout the process to ensure you are happy with the design before it is finalised.
Custom Artwork
As with custom bookmarks, refunds cannot be issued for bespoke artwork commissions once work has begun (i.e. after the deposit has been paid). I include revision stages in the commission process so that you can provide feedback and adjustments before the piece is completed.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
How to Return
To start a return, please email us at hello@designsbynaomi.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with further instructions on how to send the item back.
