About Naomi

Hello there! I’m Naomi, a UK-based artist with a deep love for colour, storytelling, and the small details that make everyday life a little more beautiful. Designs by Naomi grew out of my passion for creating hand-painted bookmarks and one-of-a-kind pieces that bring a spark of joy to your reading and living spaces.

Every piece I create is painted entirely by hand, meaning no two items are ever quite the same. Whether it’s a delicate watercolour bookmark tucked between the pages of your favourite novel or a bespoke artwork commissioned just for you, I pour the same care and attention into every brushstroke. I work primarily with watercolour and gouache, drawing inspiration from nature, literature, and the changing British seasons.

What started as a hobby at my kitchen table has blossomed into something I’m incredibly proud of. I believe art should be accessible, personal, and joyful — that’s why I offer a range of ready-made bookmarks alongside fully custom commissions.
